NMArcher Received the great product from OMC. Minus bolts & nuts to put it together. Packing was a Fail. Didn’t get my Axcel Distance Tapes as well. They received my complaint with pictures but didn’t really care. So they said I need to put in a claim with Carrier which I won’t since it only amounted to a total of $22 lost. Found the bolt and got it fixed myself. Called the Tapes as a lose. Customer service was sadly disappointing. Don’t not order from them. Be aware.
